Process

We take pride in our commitment to managing long-term relationships with our diverse group of candidates. We conduct our interviews employing a number of diverse evaluation techniques depending upon the specific client requirements and the position’s specifications. You are presented with Three to Five candidates that are a good fit for the position based on the Role Specifications, and Compensation offered. If those candidates are not selected, we will continue the search until it is completed to your satisfaction.
