1. Once I have sent you my resume, how long does it take for PROACTEL Talent Solutions to process the information and send it to a prospective company?
   Once you have sent us your resume by completing the registration form on our website, you will be contacted by one of our recruiters for a phone or a face-to-face interview at the time we have a position that matches your qualifications.PROACTEL Talent Solutions also contacts qualified professionals to inquire about where they are in their career and to ask questions about their ideal position.

3. At what point do you check my references?
   References are checked immediately after one of our customers expresses an interest in presenting you with a possible offer. In some cases, they are checked before you are sent for the first interview.
   
   
4. When will I be requested to meet the prospective company representative?
   You will be notified about a person-to-person interview as soon as the client requests the meeting. This will depend on our client’s urgency to fill the particular position, but we will keep you up-to-date at every stage of the process.

   The process can take from 2 to 10 weeks until you are hired depending on the position and the client’s requirements.
